As one of the oldest housing associations in the UK, we’re proud to say we’ve been providing high quality homes and helping those within them thrive for over 150 years.   

Although a lot has changed since our founding, what hasn’t is our commitment to our communities. West London is where are roots are and still where most of our communities are based. We’ve watched this area change and grow since we began and it’s this intimate knowledge of these communities that lets us deliver bespoke services to our customers there.  We also operate The Octavia Foundation, a local charity, set up to tackle unemployment, social isolation and inequality in West London.  

Whether it’s by building and maintaining affordable homes, supporting residents into employment or providing care services to those who need them, a commitment to social justice and improving lives has, and always will be, ingrained into who we are. 

We’re moving into an exciting new chapter in our history as we’ve now become part of the Abri Group.  This partnership will enable us to grow our services and deliver even more to our communities through a comprehensive, refreshed housing services offer, all while continuing to honour and build on the legacy of our founder, Octavia Hill.
