We're proud to say our customers are at the heart of all we do and our Customer Housing Leads play a crucial role in supporting them and enabling our communities to thrive. Being highly visible and at the front line of the customer experience, they act as ambassadors for Octavia, delivering an exemplary, proactive and highly effective mixed tenure property management service. And to take our housing offer to the next level, we need you.
You'll deliver the full range of mixed tenure management and neighbourhood services by being visible, approachable and through your in-depth understanding of housing legislation, best practice and local issues, ensure tenancies are sustained and neighbourhoods are clean, safe and places where our customers want to live to and thrive.
As you’ll be delivering the full range of housing services, no two days will be the same so quick thinking, the ability to use your initiative and problem solve to find solutions to complex issues will all be essential. That’s what this role’s all about, getting results for us and our customers.

This is a customer-facing role, requiring a minimum of three days per week spent out in our communities, engaging with residents, representing Octavia, and ensuring visibility for those who need your support. The remaining two days can be worked from a location of your choice, whether at one of our offices or from home.
As we embark on our exciting refresh of our Housing Lead, we’re looking for colleagues to join us who not only want to be part of the journey for the long term, but to do something special by helping shape that change and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement where we’re always striving to improve processes, ways of working and, of course, the customer experience. Remember, we don’t want to do things how they’ve always been done, we want to do them even better.
